WHAT AWAITS YOU
4 relaxing days (3 nights) in the beautiful Berghaus Bergengel, a place of power, surrounded by pure nature, at the foot of the Engelhorn in the Kandertal in the Berner Oberland
Yoga two times a day (active hatha yoga in the morning, calm yin yoga in the evening) - all classes always include meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises)
“Somatic Embodiment” sessions - a deep body journey to connect with yourself
Sound & Vibration - experience a magical soundbath session
Introduction to transformative breathwork techniques
Daily rich brunch in the morning & delicious vegetarian menu in the evening (organic and regional products where possible), snacks & tea included
Optional supporting program with hiking in the surrounding area - hiking area with access to the Kiental Panorama Trail, Kandertal High Trail and the Suldtal. (Guest card for the Kandersteg Adelboden region included)

The rooms are limited - the Berghaus Bergengel is reserved exclusively for us. Please book as soon as possible so that I can reserve your room. Your place at the retreat is only definitively reserved once you have paid the deposit.
LOCATION
The Bergengel is a place of power. The stylish farmhouse has been run by Sonja & Nick with a lot of love & care since 2019 and is situated in a secluded location with a wonderful view on a sunny plateau and is exclusively available to our yoga group. The Bergengel is located above Reichenbach, at the foot of the Engelhorn in the Kandertal. We are in the middle of the hiking area with access to the Kientaler Panoramaweg, Kandertaler Höhenweg and also the Suldtal.
The place offers space for development and relaxation. The whole house and the rooms are simply, yet lovingly furnished, with small details. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the Kandertal valley. In warm weather we eat outside. Each room is cozy and individual and all have their own washbasin. There are some smaller single rooms, several double rooms and a beautiful triple room. Showers and toilets are on the floor. We have various cozy corners in the house where you can relax. A wonderful place to reflect on the essentials - this promotes regeneration and reorientation.
The bright yoga room with parquet flooring and many windows offers a view of the mountains and nature, making yoga practice even more enjoyable.
HOW TO GET THERE
The house is well connected to public transportation. Via Spiez to Reichenbach. If you don't want to walk from Reichenbach station, take the Kiental post bus (no. 220) to the “Scharnachtal, Halten” stop and from there it's a five-minute walk to the house (approx. 100 m uphill along the road - please use the left-hand side - and follow the dirt road to the left at the next right-hand bend).
From Reichenbach station, walk along Bahnhofstrasse through the village until the road ascends towards Kiental. On the right-hand side, follow the hiking trail uphill towards Kiental (approx. 400 m) until a stream appears on the left-hand side. Follow the path along the stream to the end of the little wood, cross the stream and climb up to BERGENGEL on the left on the hiking trail (takes approx. 20 minutes).
Trains from Reichenbach run directly to Bern every hour in 40 minutes. Spiez on Lake Thun is 10 minutes and Interlaken 45 minutes from Reichenbach.

TERMS OF PAYMENT / CANCELLATION
After registration a deposit of 250.– is due*. Please pay the balance 2 months before the retreat. The CHF 250.– will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
*The rooms are limited, the date of payment is the date on which your room is definitely reserved.
In the event of cancellation for other reasons, the following conditions apply:
90 to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the booked retreat package
60 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the booked retreat package
However, if the canceled place can be filled by a participant from the waiting list (provided that the room allocation works out), only the deposit of 250.- will be charged.
Travel insurance is recommended and is the responsibility of the participant.
